The most toxic school in Britain

Teachers, governors and pupils are leaving a ‘toxic’ primary school in droves over allegations of ‘commonplace’ racism, bullying and serious failings.

St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, has lost around a third of its pupils as parents pull their children out amid a plethora of concerns.

At the centre of all the controversy is head teacher Sue Woods who allegedly in November 2021 used the ‘n-word’ to describe a group of black children.

Woods who has been in the job since 2019 has been called out by a former colleague, an experienced teacher who claimed she was being victimised. The whistle-blower, who resigned in May 2022, said: ‘I did not feel I could continue working in a school where racism, bullying and victimisation were commonplace, especially when such allegations were covered up’.

The local police had been called in investigating an allegation relating to staff conduct. In the past three months alone, three staff members have resigned including the assistant head teacher and over twenty staff in total have gone since Woods took over. Many of them cited Mrs Woods’ behaviour as the reason in exit interviews and at least two staff members were close to taking their own lives, according to an insider.

The school’s intake of pupils fared no better.

The plot in this case thickens with allegations of Wiltshire Council covering up numerous complaints about how the school was run, prompting a majority of the school board to resign.

It would seem that Sue Woods is a rotten egg, unfit to teach or be in a position of authority. It is astounding that she has held her job for so long which can only be down to council mismanagement and the usual kerfuffle of too many different public bodies not communicating and, as we have seen with grooming gangs and the likes of Jimmy Savile, everyone knew what was happening but no one wanted to rock the boat.

If you think you would be that one voice who will speak out against a blatant cover-up or the failing of a council or school board, even if it meant rocking the boat, consider joining The Homeland Party – where you belong.
