Congratulations to the 3 Homeland activists who completed the Edale Skyline Challenge yesterday 🏆.
A grueling 20 mile trip over the peaks of Hope Valley; Win Hill, Lose Hill, Hollins Cross, Mam Tor, Brown Knoll, Kinder Low, Grindslow Knoll. Total ascent 4590 ft.
Honourable mentions: Other activists attempted to complete the route but due to the intense heat, they were forced to retreat into the valley in search of water for the sake of the dogs; the streams on the tops were bone dry, and we always look after our animals first. They still completed 16.5 miles.
