This policy applies only to purchases made via our online shop.
You have a statutory right to return any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receipt. You can do this by returning the product to the below address and sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.
Please note that products must be in their original packaging and condition for us to accept a return.
We will refund the full cost of the purchase and postage, but you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. We do not accept exchanges.
